Obsolete bounds being used for Grid Axes

Steps:

1. Start ParaView, builtin
2. Sphere, Apply
3. Show Axes Grid. Grid nicely clings to the Sphere.
   
4. Now, change radius to 0.25, Apply.BUG: grid no longer clings to the sphere.
   
5. Change radius to 0.2, Apply. BUG: Notice how the grid is now smaller, but still slightly larger.
   
6. Change Theta Resolution to 9, Apply. Now, the grid clings to the sphere as expected.
