ParaView binaries fail to fetch servers

Tested with ParaView 5.4 linux binaries. Fetch servers has no effect. I suspect it's due to paraview.org going to HTTPS by default. I suspect we need to build Qt with openssl support or something like that.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
