Black render window under Windows 10 with Intel graphics hardware

ParaView 5.4.0-RC2: We have had a number of reports of people seeing black render windows when Intel graphics hardware is used on Windows 10. We should investigate and fix as this appears to be the default graphics hardware used unless an NVIDIA or ATI graphics driver setting is explicitly changed. It's not a great experience for first-time ParaView users.

See, for example, http://markmail.org/search/?q=ParaView#query:ParaView%20list%3Aorg.paraview.paraview%20order%3Adate-backward+page:1+mid:mjmvxephb562daog+state:results
