Animation "End Time" affects "Snap To TimeSteps"

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open can.ex2, Apply.
  2. From View | Animation View, change Mode to Sequence and change the End Time to 0.002. Play the animation and observe the first and last frames.
  3. Now, change Mode back to Snap To TimeSteps, and play animation, or navigate to first and last frame. The animation ends at 0.002 but the Animation View doesn't show us that.

We need to decide how should Start/End TIme affect Snap To TimeSteps playback mode and then fix either the UI or the implementation.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
