5.3rc2 dot VS. comma

Hi,

I've noticed that now comma is the only way to specify real numbers. For example, it's impossible to specify a real number in axis custom range input fields (LineChartView). In Calculator you can specify real numbers in scientific notation with dot, but then e-part is ignored, i.e. 10.0e1 is the same as just 10.
