Color bar not displaying minus symbol for negative numbers

While playing with ParaView 5.3 RC1 I noticed that the color bar appears to not show the minus sign for negative numbers (when running on my Windows desktop). To replicate, do the following:

  1. Create a Plane source. Apply.
  2. Create an Elevation filter. Change Scalar Range to -1 to 1. Apply.

If you look at the resulting color bar, the minus symbols are missing so that it looks like the scalar range is from 1 to 1.
