“–egl-device-index=, where is the graphics card index” is not working with Paraview 5.1.2

built with MPI for Linux (Centos 6.6, with Nvidia Driver 361.45.18 – on multi GPU nodes cluster). Only index 0 can be selected, whatever is passed at runtime.

I checked this on the latest master - the option does not seems to be passed from command line.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
