vtkImageSliceRepresentation using obsolete WholeExtent when caching is enabled

vtkImageSliceRepresentation doesn't pass correct "cached" image's whole extent or paritioned extents when cache is being used.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
