Some representations ignore the SetPosition call

This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.

Some of the representations don't honor the SetPosition call. For instance, create a default wavelet and find "Translation" in the display properties. Set the X translation to 10 and the Outline will move to the right. Change the representation to Slice and it suddenly jumps back to the center (something deep in the slice representation is ignoring the SetPosition call on a vtkProp3D). This only happens with the OpenGL2 backend. Although the Glyph 3D representation ignores the Translation in both backends. See the images I have attached to show the outline respecting the translation and the slice ignoring it.
