Add sanity to the color table presets

Please add some sanity to the color table presets. At present, we dump new color table presets at the bottom of the table. Although I know it is a judgement call, please order them in importance. Specifically, please move the new presets listed here towards the top of the list.

Below I am trying to do two things - group presets that are similar together, and place the important ones at the top of the list. Cool warm group goes first, rainbow next, cold and hot and black-body, then gray, then nice looking ones, then the new ones, blot, and the rest.
Here would be my preference/suggestion. Feel free to modify as you see fit.
- Cool to Warm
- Cool to Warm (Extended)
- Warm to Cool (this one will be new, but should be easy)
- Warm to Cool (Extended)
- Blue to Red Rainbow
- Rainbow Desaturated
- Red to Blue Rainbow
- Cold and Hot
- Black-Body Radiation
- X Ray
- Gray-scale
- Black, Blue and White
- Black, Orange and White
- Linear YGB 1211g THROUGH Linear Blue (currently bottom of the presets)
- Rainbow Blended White
- Rainbow Blended Grey
- Rainbow Blended Black (this one will be new, but should be easy)
- Blue to Yellow
- blot
- The rest of the presets not mentioned here.
Sorry for throwing this into 4.4, but I figure we want these new presets the correct location from the start.
