MultiSlice View should use i-j-k slicing for vtkStructuredGrid
This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.
When feeding MultSliceView with a vtkStructuredGrid, it still uses the vtkClipDataSet filter which doesn't use the structured extents to speed up slicing. We need to optimize that.
To reproduce the issue try using the MultiSlice view with the SYMM.nxs dataset in Vates.
