Modify multi-view images with borders

This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.

Currently, ParaView has the option to add a solid color divider between views for screenshots. This is extremely useful when using View/ Toggle Borders. However, desired behavior is to have WYSIWYG. We need to add this same solid color divider for new views. That way, the normal views, and the screenshot views would be the same to the pixel.

This is important, since if the width or height of the screenshot is different than the normal viewports, objects positions change vs the edge of the view. This makes what should be trivial become trial and error and difficult, creating correct screenshots.

As a test, I want to open can.exo, split screen horizontal (with can.exo displaying in both), paint by a variable. Now, create a screenshot (multiple views). Open this .png. The width and height should be exactly the same as what is on the ParaView views, and the text around the color legend should be positioned exactly the same. I also want to see a black barrier between the two views - on ParaView, and on the screenshot.

Further, change ParaView to use a 4 pixel barrier by default when a user toggles borders. Obviously, if a user changes this, make the change sticky.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
