Allow dialog boxes to become non dockable
This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.
Please allow dialog boxes to be marked as non dockable. Specifically, we want the Color Map Editor to be either dockable (the default behavior) and non dockable. Current behavior is a pain - as you move an undocked color map editor around the screen, it tries to dock in ParaView!
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
