OSX ssh client documentation

This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.

The wiki (Server Configuration) has documentation on how to implement the default_servers.pvsc file on Linux (and OSX). However, the unclear term "$SSH_EXE" is used for an ssh executable.

Please clarify what this executable is, and give an example of where and how to get this executable for Mac. The primary use case I am concerned about is a OSX client, remote batched server.

This bug specifically covers the Mac OS X ssh executable or script documentation.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
