Ensight reader has problems with 14 processes

This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.

When trying to read in an Ensight file with 14 processes (doesn't seem to cause problems with less processes) I get the following error: ERROR: In /home/acbauer/CODE/ParaView/ParaView-v4.1.0/VTK/Common/DataModel/vtkDataSet.cxx, line 414 vtkStructuredGrid (0xa70560): Point array DENS with 1 components, only has -325 tuples but there are 0 points

Steps to reproduce:

  1. start pvserver with 14 processes
  2. connect the client
  3. load the naca.bin.case file in ParaViewData in Data/Ensight

This was on an ubuntu 12.04 machine with GCC 4.6.4 and OpenMPI 1.4.3.
