Coprocessing plugin name is confusing - fix it.

This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.

The coprocessing plugin name is confusing. In ParaView, it is CoProcessing plugin, but in CMake Coprocessing is something else. The plugin is actually called something like CoProcessingScriptGenerator.

Please make the CMake variable, and the plugin name the same. Further, here is a suggestion: Catalyst Script Generator.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
