Crash in the vtkPVGeometryFilter on the simple case

An attached file "carre.vtu" contains 4 quadrangles. Applying of the vtkPVGeometryFilter to this data set leads to the crash of the application. Run attached python script carre.py, in the result application crashes, in the console displayed the following log:
