ParaView crashes when threshold produces no data

This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.

In my most recent pull of master, ParaView is crashing when threshold returns an empty data set. This problem is not present in the last release of ParaView (4.1.0). To replicate:

  1. Create a wavelet source. Apply.
  2. Create a threshold filter. Min 38, Max 40. Apply.

Crash.
