Thresholding scalar integer values removes cells

This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.

When thresholding an integer cell dataset (attached mesh.vtk in zip archive) a group of cells goes missing at the edge of the thresholded volume (see attached PDF in zip archive for a visualization of the matter). This seems only a rendering issue as the number of cells in the thresholded datasets are correct. The problem does not occur up to and including paraview 4.0.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
