Add support for natural coordinates in QuadView

By providing extra annotation to its data, the user can apply arbitrary linear transform to the slice origin and therefore reflect the natural coordinate system instead of the world 3D coordinate system.
To test the feature, you can load the NonOrthogonal plugin, and create a ShearCube in a QuadView. Then by selecting custom Base and Custom range as well as changing them. When you move the slices, the text annotation should match the coordinate system displayed on the cube axis. (As well as the title of the axis.)
To ease the process, you can change the normals of the slices in the view preference so they get parallel to the base axis.
