setting rescale to data range in the image output for the coprocessing plugins can cause problems

This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.

If a process doesn't have any points or cells and the user has specified to output screenshots with pseudo-coloring the generated script can fail. To reproduce, do: mpirun -np 6 bin/pvbatch -sym waveletdriver.py cpwaveletpipeline.py 1 with attached files.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
