First StillRender() does not cause render on server

This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.

When running in client/server mode (the server manager hello world application), I noticed that the first StillRender() does not cause a render on the server. The client window comes up but the server one does not. A second call to StillRender() causes render on both the server and client.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
