TimeKeeper in 3.12 doesn't seem to work properly

This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.

On the Animation View in "Sequence" (or "Real Time") mode, I'm not able to use the "TimeKeeper - Time" track to decouple animation from data time. Animation over time-varying data goes anyway, no matter what sequence you define.

It works well in 3.10 I use ParaView for Windows x64
