Coprocessing plugin: No writer alert

This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.

When writing out coprocessor state, the resulting script will do basically nothing if there is no writer attached. The first time I tried the plugin I was confused because I did not even notice the Writers menu that was added by the plugin.

Because the script is not very worthwhile if nothing is written out, it would be helpful if the plugin alerted the user when writing out a script with no writer attached and briefly explained how to add one.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
