Something is wrong in the python wrapping of SMSourceProxy::UpdatePipeline(double 0.0), which makes it call SMSourceProxy::UpdatePipeline() instead. The two are not equivalent and some readers will produce the wrong result because of it.

make mandelbrot
apply any filter that adds new point arrays

problem is that when root node of server executes vtkImageAppend to merge all of the satellites data into one, it strips all but one of the arrays (and replaces the active scalar array with a 0 length array with no name.) It then sends that to the client, which doesn't know what to do and you get error messages.

The threshold filter allows thresholding by cell or point data. When thresholding by point-data, it should show a combo-box allowing the user to pick how a cell is selected to be passed through the filter. The options in this combo-box will be something as "all points match", "any point matches", "clip cell".
If "clip cell" is true, then the filter should internally create two "Clip" filters acting as clip-by-scalar. The filter should be smart enough to not create the second clip if it's unnecessary.https://gitlab.kitware.com/paraview/paraview/-/issues/10453impossible to replay a trace with ArrayListProperty properties2019-03-05T10:40:05-05:00Kitware Robotimpossible to replay a trace with ArrayListProperty properties**This issue was created automatically from an original [Mantis Issue](http://paraview.org/Bug/view.php?id=10453). We need to create a filter that integrates variables by volume of cells, not just adding up the cells. For instance, with AMR data, the integrateVariables filter is useless.

With PARAVIEW_INSTALL_DEVELOPMENT turned on.
- make && make install
- the bin/ and lib/ are built
Since the install directory contains about 5800 "*.cxx.o" files (273MB
worth), it needs to be cleaned up before distributing the development
install tree for building plugins.
Using the make target 'clean' removes the "*.cxx.o* files, but also
removes all of the bin/ files - rendering the installation useless.
On a positive note, the contents of lib/paraview-MAJOR are left
intact.
It seems that a clean development install tree cannot be realized
without writing external cleanup scripts.
