We need the ability do delete the paraview .ini files from the gui. Sometimes these files get in an incompatible state, users want to start over, and they don't know where these files are kept.
As a fallback position, I suppose we could document the location of these files in the online help and/or ParaView FAQ.https://gitlab.kitware.com/paraview/paraview/-/issues/15461Add ability to resize columns in Series Parameter widget2017-11-30T11:38:05-05:00Kitware RobotAdd ability to resize columns in Series Parameter widget**This issue was created automatically from an original [Mantis Issue](http://paraview.org/Bug/view.php?id=15461). We need to add a checkbox to the Glyph filter, allowing an arrow to point AT a point, rather than FROM a point. For instance, if I have a force on a plate, and want to show this vector with arrows, I don't want the arrow to start at the surface of the plate and go INTO the plate - I want the arrow to start ABOVE the plate and have the arrow point AT the plate. Clear as mud? Ask me for a better description by phone. This option should be user selectable.
Current behavior is correct for fluid flow folks, what I am asking is correct for mechanical design folks.

We use to have the ability to select a center of rotation at a location. I would like it re-implemented, with the additional options:
* Add the ability to select a center of rotation by XYZ location.
* Add the ability to select a center of rotation by cell ID. (Maybe use the Find Data dialog, then have a new button?)
* Add the ability to "snap to" a cell center, or point for center of rotation selections.
