Lets give an option where annotations move to the right side of the color legend. Since the title spreads to the right of the bar, the option for the annotations to be on the right side should also be present.

* color by globalElementId. Color editor. Color legend (icon found in the color editor).
* Edit Color Legend Properties. Change the Number of Labels to 4. OK.
The number of labels didn't change. This is a bug.
* Change the number of labels to 8. They changed to 9 labels, unless you only count the right side tick labels, then there are 7. This is also a bug. So, I believe this should work with 4!

When the color legend goes from a negative number to a positive number, it crosses zero. If the tick labels on the right side shrink (due to size constraints for the numbers), the 0 does not also shrink - but seems to follow the font size of the min, max and title. This needs to be fixed.

I have users that are splitting the view horizontally a few times, and cannot get the color legend annotation font large enough to be useful. This needs to be fixed.
* 4.3.1, Linux, local server.
* Sources/ Wavelet. Apply. Representation Surface. Color by RTData.
* Enable the color editor.
* Split view horizontally. Split right view horizontally. (You may need to split one more time. This issue is screen dependent, and I am working on a small screen.)

It is possible to hide the color legend in a way that is not recoverable. Run ParaView 3. Open Disk_Out_Ref.exo. Turn on all vars. Accept. Color by Temp. Toggle Color Legend Visibility. Grab the color legend by the left mouse button, and drag it under the Object Inspector. There is a combination of steps that keeps the color legend from loosing visibility properly. It is fairly rare, but still needs to be fixed.
You need to do exactly as stated below to get this bug to show.
Trunk, Windows, local server.
* Open can.exo. All vars on. Apply.
* Color by ACCL. Apply a color legend.
* Clip, Apply.
* Click on "can.exo" in the pipeline browser.
* Change variable being displayed to DISPL.
You now have two color legends on top of each other.
