The branch was created in CVS on 2003-08-14 in the ParaView repository.
Since "Create ParaViewComplete with ParaView and VTK" (2001-10-25) this
repository represents conversion from the ParaViewComplete repo, but on
2003-08-14 the ParaView repository could still be built against an
outside VTK.  This commit was manufactured during conversion from CVS to
represent the ParaView-only branch by deleting all files outside the
directory represented by the ParaView repository.
