* Added API to vtkSMOutputPort to get temporal data information i.e. information
  about array ranges over time.
* Added button to ColorScaleEditor to let the user scale the LUT to set the
  temporal range for the array.
* Adding new vtkPVTemporalDataInformation which accumulates DataInformation
 over all timesteps in the data.
