Things are not complete yet, but atleast the core modules for coprocessor are
not working.

Moving vtkPVPythonOptions from CommandLineExecutables to
ParaViewCore/ClientServerCore/Core since it's needed for CoProcessor (and
besides, it doesn't really depend on Python).
