This commit is in reference to Issue # 15917. Originally, the max timestep
display read "of ##", where ## was the total number of timesteps. So, for
a simulation with 2 timesteps, there would be "0 of 2" and "1 of 2". Now,
the display will read "0 max is 1" and "1 max is 1".
