Update the location of the Glyph filter Scale Factor reset button

While making the original instructions during early release
candidates, the glyph filter had changes that were later backed
out of. This change makes the instructions match better the
final Glyph interface for 5.6

The icon file with ParaView is fairly low resolution.

Also updated some previous images of the line plot so that the
screen shots are consistent throughout the exercise.
