bump ospray to get commit some control of thread affinity

David E. DeMarle requested to merge demarle/paraview-superbuild:bump-ospray into master

Commit in question is a9959800 which provides a way for user to avoid having OSPRay and SWR fight over threads on KNL where otherwise OSPRay may throttle SWR badly.

The commit I am updating to is expected to become 1.3.0 final in a few days time.
