paraview: force use of paths rather than targets for HDF5

Ben Boeckel requested to merge ben.boeckel/paraview-superbuild:paraview-hdf5-no-targets into master

The VTK module system does not use imported targets well, so force CMake to not bring them in.

Cory, this should go into the release branch when we make it.
