paraviewtutorialdata: respin the tarball

Ben Boeckel requested to merge ben.boeckel/paraview-superbuild:tutorialdata-tarball into master

The 20210805 version was made on macOS and contained ._X files for each X file or directory in the tarball, including the top-level directory. ExternalProject sees this as a "tarbomb" and adds a directory to contain everything properly.
