paraview: remove non-existent directory from vtkm_loguru

Ben Boeckel requested to merge ben.boeckel/paraview-superbuild:paraviewsdk-vtkm-include-dir into master

The paraviewsdk package inspects the CMake package configuration to find include directories. If these directories do not actually exist, the SDK's install process fails.
