Gmsh not working on Windows

Gmsh won't link when building on Windows. Two problems have been detected :

• HXT contrib folder doesn't compile because of tangled macros and unsupported keyword __restrict__
• Problem when linking (PV does not seems to be able to find gmsh.dll)

Previous work on this issue on this unresolved MR !812 (closed).
