fontconfig 2.13 breaks ParaView fontconfig support

Here is how ParaView 5.5 (and previous version as well) looks like with an updated fontconfig (2.13). It is due to the fact that the new configuration file on this system is used with the old font config lib in paraview libs, which are not compatible. Even if only bleeding edge distribution user are impacted for now, Ubuntu will get 2.13 soon enough, and ParaView will probably look the same way there.

Upgrading paraview's fontconfig to 2.13 semms like a reasonnable solution.
