besides version numbers, remove the old patches as they
have been upstreamed.

adds an option plus the supporting openvr lib
along with some required patches for their CMake
files.

VTK-m is becoming a submodule of VTK so will be built as a part of
ParaView when it is enabled.  The vtkm project in the superbuild is
now a dummy project that controls whether it is enabled in the ParaView
build.

Made v5.4.1 the default ParaView tag to build.

bump embree to latest release to get most of the fixes.
Apply a patch corresponding to embree commit 7c0f6fc for another.
With this it should work.

Now update and reapply the findtbb patch to apply to newer embree.
The patch is really copying over ospray's findtbb, which we modify
to work with pv superbuild's install layout.

Removed 5.4.0 release candidates and made 5.4.0 the default version to
build. Also remove the 5.3.0 build option.

We're told it needs to be updated to a newer version.
The current one doesn't work. We can revert this change when we have a
new version.

Bump to ospray (760aa7ac v1.3.0) to give the user
some control (OSPRAY_SET_AFFINITY=0 environment variable) over
thread affinity. Otherwise, and only on Intel KNL chips, OSPRay
will hog all of the threads from SWR and kill performance.

now that we're over the osp/emb split, bump to devel version,
which will soon be released as 1.3.0, to get some new features and
bug fixes that VTK and ParaView want.

ospray no longer bundles embree, so now I'm adding embree

It is no longer required.

Fixes #24.

ParaView now has its own internal version.

Since the VTK-m version is moving on a weekly basis it is best to use a git
repository compared to a tarball
