add CI for build and testing

Custom image docker based on fedora39. This image contains in /opt/
all dependencies of adioscatalyst such as:
 - adios
 - catalyst
 - paraview

Add int8 and uint8 array support.

- An example has been added for this case containing 2 simulations.

Thi example reuse the same dummy simulation but the second one is
artificially slower to check the async behavior on simu stage.

Each simu produces a simple unstructured grid.

On visualization part, we will obtain a mulimesh with theses 2 UG.

- still require to improve the creation of the multimesh node

- on visu part with paraview, having a different number of node can
crash, we need to investigate that.
