      This reverts commit 075f7997, reversing
      changes made to a7add686.
      
      This change was causing issues in ParaView and since ParaView is in its
      release cycle, reverting it is easier than fixing it right now.

      While maintaining backwards compatibility at least
      update our code to use the more modern in/out
      qualifiers as opposed to attribute/varying  Also
      remove old glsl 120 if statements as we no longer support
      it and also remove a performance issue in querying the
      gl major minor version on every shader test.

      Adding in functionality to allow inserting vtkNew objects into
      stl containers of vtkSmartPointer objects as well as comparisons
      between vtkNew objects and raw pointers. Also removing Get() and
      GetPointer() calls from vtkNew objects since in most instances we
      can just pass in the vtkNew<> object instead of having to use the
      Get() or GetPointer() methods to get the raw pointer.

      This commit reindents the code with the following utility:
      Utilities/Maintenance/vtk-reindent-code.py
      
      This utility changes the positions of the braces so that they are no
      longer indented relative to the code block they reside in.
      
      The bash command line used was the following:

      Fix lighting to use Blinn-Phong specular model · c97d617e
      Ken Martin authored
      A few fixes and cleanups. Use the Blinn-Phong specular lighting
      model in the LightKit and Positional shaders. Old OpenGL uses this
      model and it is a decent model. Remind myself that the camera is
      positioned at 0,0,0 in view coordinates, had to fix a couple places
      that were making different assumptions.
      
      Minor changes to TestVBOPLYMapper to make it easier to use
      when testing out changes.
      
      Minor warning and documentation fixes as well.
