ENH: Removed forward argument from signature of ProcessRequest method.  The functionality has been replaced by SetSharedInputInformation and SetSharedOutputInformation.  These new methods provide a simpler interface for internal pipelines.  It is still not the 'right' interface but it is better than hacking the signature of ProcessRequest and will work for now.  This partially addresses bug#2402.
