      A preliminary implementation of Remote modules. This approach follows
      the ITK implementation.
      
      Three remote modules are included for testing
       David Doria's Poissoin Reconstruction, David Gobbi's vtkDICOM and Slicer's vtkAddon.
      
      To configure vtk with these remote modules:
      cmake -DvtkAddon:BOOL=ON -DModule_PoissonReconstruction:BOOL=ON -DModule_vtkDICOM:BOOL=ON vtk_source_dir
      make

      These tests were not ported to vtk6. Furthermore there are python
      and/or Cxx tests that are the same as these tests.
      
      The unused tests were found using the
      Utilities/Maintenance/VTKTestsByLanguage.py script.

      Test all of the Cell API for Linear, Quadratic and BiQuadratic cells
      (except for clipping and contouring). Attempt to numerically validate
      tested methods.
      
      This Unit Test has uncovered the following errors and/or
      inconsistencies:
      
      DOC: Cells that use Newton's method to find coordinates did not
      consistently report a bad determinant. All cells now use
      vtkDebugMacro.

      Intersection test failed for points on vertices and edges

      Intersection test failed for points on vertices, edges and faces

      Filters downstream from vtkExodusIIReader has access to mode_shape in
      FieldData, but there was no way of getting information for the range of
      the mode shapes. This changes added support for a new "mode_shape_range"
      array that provides this meta-data.
      
      Also adding "mode_shape" and "mode_shape_range" arrays only when
      HasModeShapes is true. Otherwise, these variables are meaningless.

      vtkExodusIIReader now initializes TimeStepRange and ModeShapeRange in
      just 1 place consistently i.e. in a method called in
      RequestInformation().
      
      Also making the reader not change the values of TimeStepRange and
      ModeShapeRange based on whether the HasModeShapes is true/false. This
      makes it hard for applications to consistently access this information
      since it would change based on the value of HasModeShapes.
