      This adds VTK_REPLACE_OPENGL_OVERRIDES (off by default) as a build
      option, if enabled the vtkRenderingOpenGL module will be modified to
      depend on vtkRenderingOpenGL2 (privately) and its overrides modified
      so that we can replace existing implementations piece by piece while
      running the full suite of regression tests (and seeing how close the
      drop in replacement classes are).

      Still not complete, using GLEW for OpenGL extensions, and an X
      implementation that uses more recent API to create OpenGL contexts
      including OpenGL 3/4 if the required extension is present. This also
      used XLibs directly for interaction, rather than going through Xt.
      It needs a little more work to actually hook up something that will
      render to the context, but it shows a great black window right now!

      Try to silence what looks like a spurious warning.
      "nonstandard extension used : 'm' : loop control variable declared in the for-loop is used outside the for-loop scope;"
      increase tolerance on crossproduct test for AIX machine where:
      Cross expected -1.47137 but got -1.47137eps ratio is: -1
      Cross expected -1.17442 but got -1.17442eps ratio is: 1
      which looks like numeric_limits<double> is funky
      Fix more cases where int and long appear to be the same thing
      and we get:
      Bad fitting range for VTK_LONG
       Expected 8 but got 6
      Bad fitting range for VTK_UNSIGNED_LONG
       Expected 9 but got 7..FAILED

      This fixes, in a roundabout way, a -Windent warning about the
      next line being indented too much.  It's still indented too
      much but without the 'if' on the previous line, -Windent won't care.

      Since VTK now uses UTF8 in other places, use it here too instead
      of ASCII.  This is backwards compatible.
