      2. Add positibility to dislay Above/below ranges
      Scalar now have the possibility to display a dwatch for above and below value,
      to be used in conjonction with vtkLookupTable Above and Below feature
      3. Allow to use unconstrained font Size for label annotations and titles
      Title and other scalar bar texts used to be constrained by the scalar size
      by using this feature, it is now possible to have text of any size without resctriction

      Use GL time query to probe mapper rendering time. · 0ff60a5b

      So far the TimeToDraw was always set to 0.0001. Now the
      time take by the rendering calls performed by the mapper
      is evaluated using the time query provided by the GPU
      for the previous frame.
      This patch allows to make vtkLODMapper work as expected.
       - for new backend only.
       - not supported by GLES

      Fixed buffer overrun by rewriting Decode() method to be safer · 35b29336

      Created new DecodeSafely() method that takes buffer lengths,
      which means we can be sure not to overrun any buffer.
      Under ASan, we see that the vtkWebCorePython-TestDataEncoder test
      does indeed overrun a buffer with the old method.
      Deprecated the old method.

      Reduce opengl2 dependencies in two ways
      first move a class that renderingcore depends on from
      filterExtraction to FiltersGeneral. FiltersExtraction pulls
      in a lot of other modules where FiltersGeneral does not.
      FiltersExtraction already depends on filtersGeneral so it
      should be backwards compatible.
      The second change is a new feature to allow a back implementation
      to be required or not. In this case gl2ps was originally required
      by OpenGl2 now it is optional. This required adding an option to
      the module code to specify when a backend implementation is required.
