COMP: Use target name for wrapper EXEs on Visual Studio 7. · 28dc080c
      David Gobbi authored
This is an interim commit to (hopefully) fix VS71 builds. Ideally, wrapping within VTK should always use the wrapper exe target names instead of the full exe paths, and only external wrapping should use the full exe path.

ENH: Switch vtkWrapPython to the new vtkParse.h API. · c1cef6d4
      David Gobbi authored
Also, don't have vtkParse.y automatically remove the "void *" argument that follows function pointer arguments, let the individual wrappers executables deal with it. All the generated code has been checked to make sure that it is identical to what was generated before this commit.

Ensure vtkArrayReader/Writer can handle denormalized values. · 796f8157
      Timothy M. Shead authored
Apparently, iostreams will write denormalized floating-point
values, but won't read them (presumably since they're outside
the normal range of "allowed" values). This leads to a bad box
where vtkArrayWriter will write a file containing denormalized
values, but vtkArrayReader won't read it, complaining incorrectly
that the file is too short. This change truncates denormalized
values to zero in vtkArrayWriter, so vtkArrayReader can function.

      BUG: 11208. Fix vtkOpenGLExtensionManager crash on VS2003. · 0e84a233
      David Gobbi authored
ReadOpenGLExtensions() calls this->RenderWindow->Render() on Win32 machines if Render() has not previously been called. This caused a crash, because Render() calls vtkOpenGLRenderWindow::OpenGLInit(), which was in turn calling vtkOpenGLRenderWindow::SetExtensionManager(0) and then creating a new ExtensionsManager. The crash only seemed to occur on VS2003. See bug report for more details.
