Ha, I got it, you are looking for NVidia Index, not the NVidiaIndex plugin ! Yes, you can use the 5.10 libs, they did not change. You can check it easily here: https://gitlab.kitware.com/paraview/paraview-superbuild/-/blob/v5.11.0/versions.cmake#L198
Ah! Good. Thanks for confirming it has not changed. Indeed, I am looking for NVidia Index libraries that get used (I guess ?) by the plug-in, not the plug-in code itself. I will install the same libraries as for PV 5.10 then.
Is the source code for NVidia IndeX available somewhere ? Instructions to build it ? NVidia only pointed us to the binary packages available on ParaView website when we acquired the license for it.
I just downloaded the binary release, and indeed, nvidia index seems to be there, but that's not usable to us. We would need to extract it on the side and copy the libraries (and know which ones should be copied) manually, while all of our builds are automated.
Because previous ones were listed. This is for an installation on an HPC cluster. We don't install the binary releases, we build from source as much as possible.
Any way to have IndeX available as a standalone download ?
Hi, It seems like there is no version of NVidia IndeX for ParaView 5.11 here: https://www.paraview.org/files/dependencies/
Should the version for 5.10 still work ?
