Moved the TestMultiBlock test as the Filters/Sources module already
depends on Filters/General. This resolves the compile error seen for the
vtkOutlineCornerFilter::New() symbol.

Exclude ThirdParty, Utilities/MetaIO, and Utilities/KWSys as these
are maintained outside VTK.

Move source files from their former monolithic VTK location to their new
location in modular VTK without modification.  This preserves enough
information for "git blame -M" and "git log --follow" to connect
modularized VTK files to their original location and history.

ENH:Force to not use multisampling in tests using some wireframe to be sure to have the same regression image everywhere. Each time a new card comes there is a new kind of multisampling implementation that make the tests failed even if they already have alternate regression images. Example: nVidia Quadro FX 3600M.

ENH: Changed to composite data pipeline. A section of simple filter pipeline between a composite producer and consumer is no longer supported. This simplified the pipeline code significantly. There is no longer a COMPOSITE_DATA_SET key, composite data object are now stored in DATA_OBJECT

ENH: Added new data types. Restructure of composite datasets. vtkMultiGroupDataSet is the new superclass with two subclasses: vtkMultiBlockDataSet and vtkHierarchicalDataSet
