Unity build
I have built the following iMSTK version (https://gitlab.kitware.com/iMSTK/iMSTK/-/tree/UnityIntegration). Then used Unity wrapper to generate the required DLL files (https://gitlab.kitware.com/iMSTK/imstk-unity)
Both builds finished successfully But when I run the Unity Demo project I get some errors. I got the following error messages when running the Liver scene
The first error message
NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

The second error message
NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Note I'm using unity version 2019.4.16f1
