REFAC: Build improvements

Andrew Wilson requested to merge andrew.wilson/iMSTK:BuildImprovements into master

This MR introduces:

  • Reduced linkage to VTK in some of our targets.
  • Libnifalcon, ftdxx, & libusb are not needed in our build unless VRPN is on.
  • Remove usage of glob.
  • Rendering toggle
